Attribution and licenses

PyChef is an independent, unofficial Python port. It is not an official GCHQ project and is not endorsed by GCHQ.

CyberChef is Crown copyright 2016, GCHQ, and is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Operation names, descriptions, UI option labels, choices, and background links in the generated reference are extracted from the pinned CyberChef 11.3.0 source at commit c56dd23358e948aff9f3f98913818e544227da13. The extraction and documentation generation tools themselves are Python.
